PICKENS – Michael J. LaPierre of Pickens has released The Christian Leader’s Worldview and it is available on Amazon.com.

LaPierre is a business executive who specializes in Christian leadership training and development. He had a 32-year career working with top tier companies spanning a range from Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 organizations.

A former minor league baseball player, his diverse executive background and nonprofit experiences have allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles of leadership development.

He is the founder and current president of Christian Leadership Worldview International (clwi.org).

His passion is to see organizational leaders embrace and live out a Christian leadership worldview. He addresses the needs of leaders in venues such as seminars, keynote addresses, devotionals/chapel, workshops, mentoring, and motivational speaking.

The Christian Leader’s Worldview helps readers think through the myriad of issues in life, while giving Bible-based principles and practical guidance that will have eternal impact. The lens from which this book is written is purposefully varied to include leadership topics relating to business professionals, organizational behavior, team sports, popular culture, the family, and much more.

The anecdotes provided include meaningful (and sometimes humorous) personal experiences from professional athletics, Corporate America, ministry responsibilities, nonprofit, and family leadership responsibilities. Readers will come away with a deep appreciation for what it means to have a Christian leadership worldview in the 21st century.
