PICKENS COUNTY — The 2016 South Carolina Young Filmmakers Project, a statewide high school filmmaking contest, is now accepting entries.

Participants make a short film (30 seconds to two minutes) with any storyline or genre. The only requirement is to shoot at least one scene in a South Carolina State Park.

The deadline for entries is Feb. 19. For complete rules and entry forms, visit www.indiegrants.org/youngfilmmakers.
