The Pickens Middle School Beta Club officers delivered care packages to the GHS Children’s Hospital on Nov. 3 after the school collected 66 care kits. The care kits were collected in honor of a faculty member currently battling cancer and a former student battling cancer, and in memory of a former faculty member who lost her battle with cancer last year.
